Samsung's Galaxy III is not the "lawyer's phone"
Ron Amadeu wrote about Samsung’s new flagship phone pointing out that it was totally designed to avoid lawsuits from Apple. He uses several arguments and places them side to side to the Apple’s lawsuit claims. Read it here

And that’s what the Phone market will become with Android. A specs run. A small cpu upgrade will be enough to release another shell in the market, because the phones will become just as dumb as the gray boxes in the past.

Tablets with standard Windows7? No thanks.
Mr Ballmer talks about MS working on it’s iPad competition and the scary part is:
“We’re coming,” ”We’re coming full guns. The operating system is called Windows.”
Like pointed out by Grubber here, the iPad would not have the same impact if it was an tablet with osX. The same reason made all the Windows based tablets fail all these years.

Really? Who’s MS biggest contender? Apple or Google? 1 device or 1 free operating System?
I don’t believe MS would do a series of phones, so being an Apple-buster MS is not a solution. Anyhow using the Android strategy, going for multiple vendors still sounds like a better idea.
